iPap - Terms of Service

Terms of service

iPap is a celebrity spotting service that has been designed and developed by Hoppermagic Ltd.
In the following documentation the term 'Service' is used to denote any software or systems that form part of the iPap service.
In order to use the Service you must agree to the following terms and conditions which form a contract between you (the user of the Service) and us (Hoppermagic Ltd).

We are continually working on improving the iPap experience for users.
You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which are provided may change from time to time without prior notice to you.
You acknowledge and agree that Hoppermagic may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Service) to you or to users without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Service at any time.
You acknowledge and agree that if Hoppermagic disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account.

You agree to use the Service only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.
You agree not to use the data and information contained within Service for any unlawful or unacceptable practices.
You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.
You agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell any part of the Service.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Hoppermagic has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Hoppermagic may suffer) of any such breach.

You understand that by using the Service you may be exposed to content that you may find offensive, indecent or objectionable and that, in this respect, you use the Service at your own risk.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Hoppermagic has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any content that you create, transmit or display while using the Service and for the consequences of your actions (including any loss or damage which Hoppermagic or any third party may suffer) by doing so.

You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold for content that you submit, post or display through the Service. You agree that Hoppermagic has a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive licence to reproduce, adapt, modify and distribute any content you submit or post solely for the purpose of promoting the Service.
You agree that Hoppermagic can make such content available to other companies, organisations or individuals with whom Hoppermagic has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such content in connection with the provision of those services.

The Service is provided "as is" and Hoppermagic does not represent or warrant to you that:
Your use of the Service will meet your requirements.
Your use of the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free from error.
Any information obtained by you as a result of your use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
That defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you as part of the Service will be corrected.

We accept no responsibility for your failure to keep your password or account details secure and confidential.
We accept no responsibility for any loss or injury that occurs to yourself or others whilst using the Service.
We accept no responsibility for any claim that is brought against yourself or others as a result of your actions when using the Service.
We accept no responsibility for any damage to equipment, software or hardware, that occurs as a result of using the Service.

You agree and understand that through using the Service your physical location at a particular time will be stored in our database.
We will make every effort to ensure that any stored data is only available to authorised people (i.e. you or other users of the website). However, we can provide no warranty to this effect.

The Terms, and your relationship with Hoppermagic under the Terms, shall be governed by English law. You and Hoppermagic agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms.
